• Schedule list of practical exercises held in the Courses;

• Registration form for sport day or any sport lesson such as swimming and taekwondo for the Child/Children;
• Report book to record the progress of the Child/Children;
• Data Files to store the participants data for the Courses;
• Certificate of PERMATA or any Certificate given for the Courses
• Vonad Media Release Form (if any);
• Name Lists for the Courses;
• Result List of the participants for the Courses;
• Child/Children Data List in the Child/Children's Graduation Day;
• Award Presentation Form in Graduation Day (if applicable); and
• Case study for Vonad discussion and learning (if applicable).

• your or/and the Child/Children's education information (including the Child/Children's curricular activities, language proficiency, Child/Children's previous school name, date and reason for leaving school (if applicable); performance and behavior report(if any);

• to process your registration form for the participation in the Courses or the Child/Children's registration form for enrollment or continuing enrollment;
• to provide the relevant products and/or services to you or/and the Child/Children;
• to observe, monitor and record the Child/Children's performance, progress and development under Vonad's Taska and Tadika Centre;
• to observe, monitor and record your attendance, participation and results in the Courses;
• to conduct marketing and customer profiling activities in connection with Vonad's services and related products;
• to issue the necessary Certificate in related to the Courses;
• to submit to any necessary relevant authorities in related to the Courses;
• to organise or coordinate various events for you and/or the Child/Children, including the Sports Day and the Graduation Day.
• for testimonials, publications, conferences and seminar purposes including publications on newspaper (including printed and online newspapers), Vonad's newsletters and website;
• to process and administer rewards and tokens for using the Child/Children's photograph, video and/or audio recordings for testimonial, marketing and educational purposes;
• to process the billing and payment purposes;
• to protect or enforce our rights including to recover any debt owing to Vonad;
• to respond to any enquiries and complaints;
• to comply with legislative and statutory requirements;
• for internal administrative purposes including auditing, accounting, tax and data analysis;
• for record keeping, record generation and management analysis purposes;
• to investigate complaints and suspected suspicious transactions;
• for contact and communications purposes;
• for security and access within Vonad; and
• for all other purposes in relations or incidental to the above.

The information is necessary to us, if you do not provide and/or allow us to process all the information as requested , we will not be able to keep the complete record of information, thus affecting our ability to accomplish the above stated purposes.

By signing the acknowledgement of this notice, you give Vonad your explicit consent to process your sensitive personal information or the Child/Children's sensitive personal date such as your or the Child/Children's mental or physical health and condition and religious beliefs (if any) for the purposes described above or as required by law.
